The God who made the heavens and the earth is in love with you! He took a chance that you would reciprocate His love when He gave His best for you. God loves you with an everlasting love and it does not matter if you are giddy about His love or oblivious of it. He is passionate about you and has given His ALL for you.
God has always loved you – even when you didn’t know or didn’t care.
You are special to God and He intends for you to live a fulfilling life.
The love of God is the only source of true security. We were created to live the victorious life. We run into problems when we place too much emphasis on emotions as we navigate our way through life.
We were not created to live by feelings; we were created to live by faith.
We need to stay grounded in the love of God and refuse to be manipulated by circumstances. The word of God is our defense against every distraction.
Every time you feel fear of the unknown, remind yourself “greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world.” (1John4:4)
Tell your fears: “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Mathew 19:26)
Every time insecurity comes, declare loudly: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)
When guilt comes, thank God you are forgiven- you are blessed:
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. (Psalm 32:1-2)
The basis of our faith and our confidence in life is the love of God.
When you feel confident, let the love of Jesus be your strength
When you feel inadequate, let the love of Jesus be your validation
Jesus is the greatest expression of God’s love to us. God loved us enough to give up His most valued treasure – Jesus – to die for our sins and redeem us. Because Jesus died in our place, the law of sin and death lost its grip over us. Now we can live freely and enjoy the abundant life because of His sacrifice.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16-17
“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”
Romans 8:31-32
Nothing is strong enough to separate us from the love of God! Every hindrance is a distraction. Let us hold fast to the love of God, and refuse to be swayed:
“For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:38-39
In everything you do this week, be conscious of the love of God.
Have a victorious week
